Old school throttles. HELP Please

Does anyone know how to unhook the cables from the throttles. See pic. I didn't spend much time trying to figure out cause I had to get back to work.

Where the cable end is mounts btwn like a dicast fork. Screw/bolts are out. also is it possible to use these original old school cables for new gafrig throttles.
