Hey guys i need some help.I recently had a new bulkhead installed and bought a lift from a seperate vendor,the vendor made a diagram of pole location. I called the lift vendor to install said he was not responsable
for cutting the height on the poles and the bulkhead company said they are not responsible either.Anybody have any input on this i would asume it should be the lift vendor because he is the one installing
the lift.....HELP
