Default Blue Thunder: How the Mafia Owned and Finally Murdered Cigarette Boat King Donald Aro

I just ordered this book on Amazon. I know that it is controversial. Before I read it I'd like opinions on it. Is it all a bunch of BS? Any insight welcome. Thanks.

Also there is another book called "Speed Kills: Who killed the Cigarette Boat King, the fastest man on the seas?". Is that book any good? Again, all opinions welcome.

They are all good reads, and yes, some excitement is added to keep the readers engaged....just read between the lines and enjoy.
Most know who really did it and why, but many have overlooked the obvious.
Enjoy.

There WAS a conviction and a recent thread here that he may make parole.

Nobody was ever convicted for the murder.

I recently read "Speed Kills", I couldn't put the book down. There is a lot of info in the book, but the main players in the end are the same as always.

Isn't a no contest plea or a confession the same thing?

I've got a documentary called "thunder man ". Has Ben on phone interview from prison... the part I remember was him saying "people want to be a part of something, they talk about Don, they just did business with him. He didn't even like you... Me, I was with the man 6-7 days a week."

I see that everyday. People are nosey and want to speculate about everything, and they usually don't know enough truth for a paragraph.

Just my $.02.
