Default 2 502ci/ 567hp/ 588lbs torque fully dressed motors

2 matched motors, fully dressed including flywheel, starter, ignition, carburetor, oil cooler, remote oil filter, raw water pump with fuel pump, alternator, etc..

These are dressed like Mercury Racing 500HP's with MerCruiser Valve covers.

They have 850 Holley carbs with electric choke and Victor Jr intakes

Stock GM crank and rods, roller cam, high performance solid push rods and stainless crower roller rockers

New high performance marine oil pumps

Motors are estimated to have 200hrs since professional rebuild, but don't look it. Fresh water motors. My engine builder opened up the bottom end and inspected bearings and internals and said everything looks like new!

Ran perfect on dyno and made 567HP and 588 lbs torque.

I bought these to use one as a base package for my race boat and sell the other. But it seems wrong to break up such a nice matched pair!

These would be the perfect upgrade to a pair of 454's or stock 502's!

$8,000 each or $15,000 for the pair!

I can ship at great prices!

Go to http://fortmyers.craigslist.org/lee/bpo/5570444218.html for more details and I will post pictures there soon.

Ran in fresh water, these motors did not come with the closed cooling option.

I need to sell these, I need the money to build my race motor for Super V. I was going to use one of these as a base, but did not seem worth splitting these up just to use the block and accessories!

Would be willing to have Nor-Tech/ HRE Racing engines do a complete top end rebuild on both and new HP Oil pumps for $16,000.

Make me a reasonable offer!

Where did you purchase them from? Might be helpful for a buyer to potentially see where and who serviced the engines. Then it again it's possible they were maintained by individual.

I bought these with very little information when I was looking for a base package to build my race engine. Once we dyno'd and opened them up to inspect, we were amazed how clean they are! Engine builder's comment was that whoever built these knew what they were doing and did it right!

So I only know what we have found, and it's good!

The previous owner bought these, from Ohio or Michigan, in a boat as a package and ran the boat for a season! He just upgraded to bigger power, so he was selling these.

Like I said, Great package, ready to install and I'm willing to have complete top ends refreshed for your peace!

I can put you in touch with my engine builder who did the inspection and would do the top ends! He builds Nor Tech's engines in all there big cats!
