I have a good friend who keeps his 1995 Kawasaki 750 SS jet ski in my warehouse where I keep my boat. I've never seen it used in 10-15 years just like his motorcycle! Thinking of buying it to have at the cottage we rent once a year. He said make him an offer. It's on a trailer and has a cover. It "looks" to be in excellent condition. I don't want to be stupid when I make him an offer. Any idea what it's worth? Is there anything that goes "bad" on these from sitting?
Thanks,
Thanks,

Yea, that's what I'm not sure of....sitting for so long. I don't know much about jet skis. I was thinking of offering him $500.00. It's going to need a battery and probably other routine maintenance.

I just figured the trailer is is worth some the cover some more and the ski itself depending on how much work its going to need. If you've been storing it for him he should probably just give it to you.

its a 2 stroke so your fuel system/carb is most likely gummed up, depending on how its been laid up, needle bearing on crank and wristpin could have some corrosion, and it the crank seals have deteriorated, that will cost you a motor real quick from an airleak. All worst case scenerios.
