Not a lot of cypress logging operations in the Midwest.... Might have to bite the bullet and pay the shipping to get them out of Florida...

I talked to Myco on this topic years ago. They don't even use Cypress on their top of the line trailers; just plain old pine; not even salt treated.
I also talked to an OSO member who owns a Cypress mill in NC/VA, and also stated that Cypress wasn't warranted, and would not hold up any better than pine.

Guy at my lumberyard also suggested pressure treated pine, I kind thought it was because he had no cypress

What about the plastic ones. Are they any good? I would assume that you don't have to put carpet on the?
