have not done any towing with it yet....but my fuel economy is up just a bit and well as acceleration form 71-92...i did a complete 4" SS system. anyone else done this???? whats ya think???

sound levels or frequency did not change inside the cab...outside i would have to think so ....i did the complete system. did you just ad the down pipe? would never do a chip!

Joey, I have the ATS systems, 4" to 5" tip. It works very well for helping keep your EGTs down when running a healthy chip. I like the sound, you can really hear the turbo!!!!

I do them all the time ! I sell them ..... I agree with Troutly ,the banks sounds funny .For that matter ,so does the one from "BD" .
IS it from the turbo back or just the muffler and tail pipe . WHat year is your truck? WHat do you mean ,"You wouldnt' do a chip" ? Don't be scared ! Just get the right one ...... I know , They all tell you they are the right one !

I did a full turbo back system, trans comand and a chip and I love mine.

HUMMMM....NOT going to mess with the trans cal whatsoever.

I DID THE POWERPACK FULL SYTEM ON AN 01 DUALLY....IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY ESPECIALLY THE TRANS COMMAND...IT DOESNT HUNT FOR GEARS

I have a '99 F-350 Supercab with an ATS 3 stage chip. Got awsome power increase. 16 sec. in the 1/4 mile. When towing up inclines I would have to back off the throttle because the EGT's would get too high. I removed the muffler and the temp stays lower. Very loud though, but I like it like that!

I did a full Banks system on my 91 GMC 454 and like the performance and MPG but too quiet. The picture also showed these polished exhaust headers, the real ones are "steel looking" SS. No visual appeal. I'd buy a new muffler if I did it again.

I put on a 4" aluminized system from the turbo back with a 4"
glass pack. My mileage picked up by 1-1.5 a gal on the highway and my mid and top end is better in towing. It cost's about $450.00 for my Dodge and is prebent mandrill pipe. I can get the same for all the diesels if anyone is interesed. Even the DaraMax.
