Convert 496 H.O. Mercruiser to MAG

Convert 496 H.O. Mercruiser to MAG
Looking to convert a Mercruiser HO to a MAG. Had to buy a HO because a Mag was not available at the time. The HO power band is bad for my application. I have a 496 mag in my garage that I can pull the cam and pcm from. Is this all it would take to revert back?

Swap the throttle body too if swapping cam and pcm. I believe some HO applications had a larger air hole in throttle plate. IMO, stick with HO setup. Torque curves between mag and ho are very similar.
