Is Maryland a title state

Default Is Maryland a title state

Does 1996 boat have a title in the state of Maryland. Also if a title state does the title show if there are any liens on the boat

Yes, and Yes. It will show liens (as long as they were reported), and it is a title state.

BTW, Trailers have titles too. Boat titles are through DNR, and trailer titles are through MVA.
