Default Surveyor for Long Island, NY??? Also -- boat will need a Ride from LI, NY to Detroit

Would like to have a boat inspected, no motor, so it would just be hull. Feel like I may be wasting my time on this one, but being overly trustworthy hasn't got me burned yet and I'd like to keep it that way.

Would just like a fiberglass/rot report on a hull I'm extremely interested in.

Also -- if it all checks out anyone heading from the East Coast to Southeast, MI or somewhere close soon? Not sure what the going rate is these days, but with my schedule it would be tough for me to take the trip. 25' Boat with No engine on a roadworthy trailer.

Let me know thanks! PM me or post here and I can get you my phone #, thanks!!!

Don't have any suggestions on a surveyor, but this guy is out that way for transports and gets good reviews on that other outboard-centric site.

I bought a boat on Long Island last fall. Kevin McGoldrick did the survey and Frank Mole brought it to Oklahoma. No problems with either.

Cool guys thanks, I spoke with Frank, and his price seemed reasonable so I will probably use him for transport if it works out.
