So I have what I call a rotational noise coming out of what I think is my drive.

Port engine / drive has noticeable swooshing when in neutral seems to be reverberating up through the water. When engine hatch is open engine sounds fine. Engine oil good

I idled the boat in the slip and developed a stream of chocolate milk colored material floating on top? Scouped it up and was slimy but not oily??? WTF is it??

Had the boat pulled today and drive oil was good

milked drive oil or possibly hyd oil, check your reservoirs, trim and ps

Where would it be coming from? Exhaust

Looked like could possibly be blowing out of mufflers. Water was all dirty looking

At one point at first start up water was very brownish. This is from later on

Yes from exhaust. I had my oil cooler leak internally this past summer. Remove cooler, plug one port of the oil side and apply compressed air to the other. Submerge cooler in bucket of water and watch for bubbles out of the sea water sides. Any bubbles and it is leaking.

Drive was stuck on had to be persuaded off. Gimble bearing shot, water in the bellows rusted everything up real nice. Drive was off in October of 2014 for last service. Hope to have it back for wounded warrior rides this weekend but not looking good
