Default 1980 metz ii aquired, now what do i have?

While looking for an aluminum trailer for my 270 sportcraft fishing boat I came across a friend who said " I have one, but you have to dispose of the boat thats on it". No problem, he has the title so.... he brings me the rig and it appears to be either a magnum or cigarette 28' with twin volvo 280 i/o sbc with trims. The seats are trashed but everything is there inside and out. Has anyone got knowledge of a "metz ii " hull? Boat is red with a flat vee type windshield, magnum style bolster seats, flat front deck area. and the only spot the gelcoat is chipped the ?glass? underneath is almost a black color....
anyone got any ideas?

Lol, that bright red is the result of a few hours with bleach and a brush, it was almost black with mildew. The hull is good, stringers are good, transom shows no sign of rot. Even if the motors are junk I think it's worth bringing it back from the dead.

----That sounds a bit like Mike Matzok. Hes a boat broker in or near Deerfield Beach. I bought my Fino from him quite a while back. Don't think he comes on OSO and have no idea about this boat, but he probably has a phone #........Bill S
