saw the new sonic OB Kat and really like it- anyone on oso have one?..... did some googling and this came up including boat US statement from 3.15.2016 stating " legal action against sonic boats is ongoing." anyone know what's up with this? what is legal action for?

Consumer bought a 36' center console boat by Arrow Powerboats and Marine Services. After one month of ownership he had to ship the boat back to factory for repairs. It was in his local dealer again for punchlist items. Now he claims there are structural cracks in the stern. The boat is being shipped back to the factory. Many punch list items still not complete and he is not happy and wants a refund.

If you are looking for a ob boat,you should check out the new Spectre 32 that just ran 115 mph .Its a 6 seat boat with a wrap around windshield that runs circles around the sonic and including turns circles.
Both Sonic and Spectre are in Ft Pierce,Fl.

ummmmm...... isn't "THE NEW SONIC" the same "NEW SPECTRE" from just a year ago? The White sonic with the TAOD graphics sure looks like the same boat that Spectre debuted last year with the grey, purple and green graphics......

If it has 4 steps ,it's a Frisini designed Sonic.The Spectre has 5 steps.

Darr doesn't care how many steps it has.....
