First time cat owner insurnce pricing?

Can someone explain to me how it works for getting insurance for a catamaran? I know it is expensive, and it goes by your experience with cat boats. Who is giving the best price. What would I be looking at for cost for a first time cat owner?

Depends a lot on the boat, single Engine, twins, big power, skater? Lol

All of the above and if you took the Tres Martin course. Some it is mandatory. Look under "marine links" and start talking to the different insurance companies. I us Total Dollar
