I believe those are Livorsi throttles, with a Mercury Racing logo on them; perhaps sold by Mercury at one time.
These are Mercury Zero Effort controls from that era:
...which surprisingly enough, require a fair amount of effort.
That's a steal of a deal on those Livorsi throttles
