Default Prop for 260

I have a velocity 260 that I am thinking about getting a new prop for. Currently running a 27p 15.5 diameter hydro four blade to about 5000 rpm at around 78mph gps at 850ft above sea level in fresh water. I would like to get closer to my 5400 redline and get a few more mph. I have a labbed b1 30p but my slip is very high with this prop, not sure why. I am hesatent to have my hydro labbed as a really like the prop as it is but like I said I would like a few more mph. Anyone have any thoughts?

Give Brett @ Bblades a call. He's been very good to me. Also call Todd @ Hydromotive. I've worked with him in the past. As a general rule the QIV'S don't respond as well to labbing vs the Bravo props. The Hydro's are a better prop out of the box. Labbing your QIV should net a few hundred rpm. Assuming you can keep your slipping the same you "should" gain speed.

I plan on giving Brett a call if I go with a B1 and Todd a call if I decide to get another hydro and have it worked a little bit. I have felt with Todd in the past also and he treated me great, Brett also seams to get a lot of praise for the work he does so I think it is going to come down to what prop I decide on.
Ryan how has tygart lake been? I boat on the mon in between lock 3&4 about 25 miles south of Pittsburgh and the water has been high and full of debre the last two weeks.

Wow, we're close. Tygart has been great until about two weeks ago. High water and debris. Called yesterday, it was 7' above summer pool. Dropping quickly for upcoming weekend. If you decide to come down to Tygart, we can meet up and your welcome to try my bblades labbed 28p, 30p Bravo's.
