I currently have a stock 350 MAG mpi. I would like to do MILD upgrades. No cams, heads, piston etc. Would like to get a little more out of engine if that's possible. I would like to stay w/ the fuel injection. I am running Bravo 3 drive/ 24p prop. I run 50mph in a Formula 232. Not sure if I can bolt on any performance parts and see results. If I have to go w/ a bigger powerplant does anyone know of a good engine builder/installer in the lower NY area? Thanks

Yes, start saving for a new engine.

If your goal is to add 5 MPH or something similar, you won't get it from anything mild. I've built a pair of 383s and it took some pretty healthy upgrades ($$$) to make good power.

Sell the 350 MAG to help fund a new 383 from Merc.
