Calling on all Formula Owners,
The official date of our 7th Annual Birds on the Bay FORMULA Rendezvous has been set. We have decided to go back to a Rendezvous format from years past to incorporate a little old with a little new. So please mark your calendars for Labor Day Weekend Sept 3-4, 2016. All Formula models and years are welcome!
------------ On Saturday night Sept 3rd, we are having the "Pre-Rendezvous" happy hour @ Latitudes Dock-side Beach Bar on the Forked River at 6PM. Come meet your fellow Formula Owners and their families over a cold beverages, hot food, and enjoy a Formula story or two! Please let us know if you plan on coming by boat so we can have a slip reserved for you! -----------
------------ On Sunday Sept 4th, 10:30am starts our Sunday Funday with a raft-up @ F-Cove in Brick, NJ. We'll get the opportunity to see what these boats are really all about as we navigate north through Barnegat Bay to a safe, well protected, sought after destination here on New Jersey waters. No anchors, lines, or fenders are required! -----------
**If weather is not in our favor for Sunday, we will post-pone Sunday's activities until Monday, September 5th**
Just as a reminder, everyone is responsible for themselves, their crew, and their own vessels. We ask that you boat safely and responsibly. Please be sure to follow all boating laws, rules, guidelines, and regulations. Lastly, we ask you please keep a watchful eye out for others as well, this way we all can be sure to have enjoyable day!

Concrete ramp. $20 Ramp fee. Safe and Secure Truck & Trailer Parking. Transient Slips Available(Call for availability or reserve online)
Southwinds is a full service marina with ship store. They have fuel a fuel dock with regular, premium, and diesel fuel. Bathrooms and showers.

In Forked River it is a little tough because we do not have the larger chain hotels. I have not had an experience at any of the ones in town but...
We have a bed and breakfast that is right on the river http://innatriversedge.com and there is a hotel minutes from any marina. There is Bay Harbour Motor Lodge in town then if you drive 15 mins north or south you can find your bigger well known named hotels.

Added recommended ramp and marina info for anyone interested coming in from out of town. Both marinas are located in Forked River and it is about a 30-40 min cruise from Forked River to FCove in Brick.

I am still Formula-Less at the moment but I will see if the new owner of my 242 wants to join in on the fun.... I will tag along for sure!
F-Cove is a lot of fun for anyone on the fence... its one of the better beach up spots I have ever seen in the Northeast.
