Default Mercury Racing 600sci oil pressure problem

The boat is a 2008 Formula 353 Fastech with 120 hours. The oil pressure on the smartcraft and hand held computer varies between 72psi and 0psi. We hooked up a manual gauge and the pressure is fine. Checked for 5v and no drop or flux in voltage. Changed sensor also.I know pump is working fine because of analog gauge. Anyone run into a similar problem? I don't want to take the wiring harness out if possible.Mercury Racing wasn't much help. Thank you.

You did what I would have done other than switch to mechanical gauges and forget about it. However with that said could that trigger something else to go haywire with not completing circuits etc? Otherwise can you run a temporary jumper wire from and to without having to get into harness right away?
