Default Popped a freeze plug on one of my exhaust manifolds today

Okay, lemme throw this out there. Popped a freeze plug on my starboard motor/starboard GIL exhaust manifold, right in the front. I had all six of my exhaust manifolds powder coated. Is it a fluke or did we get them too hot when baking the powdercoat? No problems (yet) on the other 5. this was on a newer style Gil that has the flush freeze plugs, not the brass pound in one's like a block freeze plug.

They are way too thin to thread. Gonna grab a rubber expansion plug at NAPA in the morning. I will grab a few spares too.

These freeze plugs are screw in/threaded. Anyone know where to get some or what thread they are? I am thinking 3/4 NPT. The threads on the one that fell out are all corroded. If I could find a new one I would JB Weld or Devcon the threads and let it sit overnight.

Don't trust the manifold. If the plug was corroded so is the manifold. Ordered a new set of Hardin/Gil's overnight.
