IMCO SC, 1.5:1, 1.25" shaft
IMCO -2 SC, 1.25" shaft, 1.5:1 ratio.
Less than one hour on a complete rebuild by Dicks Performance Marine. New gears, bearings Etc.($1950 in parts alone)
