Yes it has 2 brass? rods. This is brand NEW COMPLETE with instructions and unused templates. I was hoping I could re-engineer it to work with my new dash motif, white. I will be going with the NEMA 200 style and monitor with chart plotter most likely. These also have auto retract when you turn key off, if you want them to..
