Anodized cup replacement.....

Anodized cup replacement.....
How in the world do you pop off the old ones to replace them with new???
The only way I figure is bending/ prying the old out but I'm worried about cracking the fiberglass around it.......
Anyone have a contact to replace the gunwale step pieces? Phil can't source them.... Anyone have a contact for maybe a billet replacement for that?

And there's plenty of manufacturers that make billet inserts. May have to file the hole down but they're out there. Lighted ones too.
