The engine hatch vinyl hates life already....lol... that's a lot of wind !
I thought the 1350's produced (thru electronics and wastegates) 1350hpno matter what altitude and weather conditions ?
Anyway, what an awesome ride ! Hope the owner loves it and isn't too afraid of it.

There might be 10+ MPH left after they are done fine tuning. I remember correctly Brian Forehand had his 42 running 135+ with a lot less HP than 1350.
