Default converting my 350 cid merc. 320 efi's to carbs. what jet sizes?

After not being able to find a throttle position sensor I have decided to change over to intakes and carbs. Intakes are Edelbrock performer rpm dual plane air gaps with an operating range of 1500-6500 rpm. Carbs are AED 650 double pumpers with 4 corner idle adjustments, here is a link https://www.summitracing.com/parts/aed-u650ho-rd. What do you think about jet sizing. I would rather not melt something. Thanks

Start with out of the box jetting. You'll more than likely have to jet it down however just do frequent plug checks if you don't have wideband. To bad you just can't find a stock intake and carb. Save you money and performance will be practically no different unless your doing the whole rebuild with heads, cam, comp, etc.

Unless your dead set on what your looking to do put a wanted ad for intake and carb.

Just my opinion but just know with the said intake and carb I just don't want you to have any expectations over and above carbed 350's

I disagree with Getrdunn

BTW: I would have gotten a marine version but that's just me.

How is my choice of carb and intake? 650 too small, right size?

The carb company thought I should start out by jetting up a couple of sizes when I called them.

I agree with SB on going with a marine carb. Does AED make a 650 marine carb?

I bet they are close out of the box. Should add j tubes to them
