I havent been on today but i was on this past weekend.....i too sometimes have trouble getting loged on..hmmm

Carrie,
Morpheous and Kaaza both use spyware and are laiden with virus files that are shared. win.mx is much safer and better. IMHO.
PS. I don't think they have been shut down, keep trying.

Make sure you have WinMX version 3.3
Version 3.2 and older will most likely not work anymore. I had the same problem until I upgraded (free) to version 3.3
