Default 525 hp

I going to try this again, I messed up and deleted the other thread..... how much power can you make with a stock 525 long block with the edelbrock aluminum head, aluminum intake and carb. someone mentioned replacing the cam, I'm looking for intake, carb & cam suggestions from the guys who would know.

thanks

Mark rinda made 650 hp with some porting to stock intake, bored out throttle body and light porting to heads, lunati voodoo cam. Im sure you could easily make 650 with big carb and aggressive intake if you were willing to turn some rpms

1) http://merperformance.com/

2) Shoot a PM to "REMEDY" here on OSO. He has a recipe for a solid and reliable 600HP.

Their rectangle ports, the factory alum. edelbrock heads that came out on the 525 EFI, I would like to find a better cam that will work with all the other components ( spring rate, lifters ect. )
