Anyone mount a Garmin 3210 on a 33AVS?

Anyone mount a Garmin 3210 on a 33AVS?
I've had a 3205 since I picked up the 33 but found a 3210 pretty reasonable. Without mounting the bar ABOVE the compass space (removed a while ago) it looks like the top of the unit will be above the windscreen a couple inches. If that's where you mounted, did you have much trouble with spray?
