I'm sure many are familiar with this marina and know it closed its doors last November. With living in close vicinity I've always been on the lookout kept up on info and I've heard good news this week another Marina from Baltimore has bought it with big plans. Including keeping it a Marina and maybe adding a restaurant but that's still word of mouth. If anybody has any other info please post.

I was really wondering where ya have been? Yes I do miss it also. My brother And I will both be out next season flying up and down Maxwell where we used to sit and wait to see who wanted to run! Trying to talk dad into ditching that Bottom Liner.....I mean Bayliner and put the $$ towards getting his IMP back on the water. Hows yours running?

Yes it has been bought by someone local who plans to keep it as a marina/fuel dock. He is even a HP boater so I'm sure it's going to be friendly towards the powerboat crowd.

Seen a nice 32' Eliminator in there today. Moving some stuff around. Things are looking up!

I do believe the property has been leased out and not bought but does have big plans to come back stronger than ever.

Drove past yesterday and super stoked it's going to have a lot of performance type boats. Bob and Tony's crazy chicken was in there. Also noticed a nice sunsation and a few others. But mostly happy that I can hear them fire up! But the place is looking good!

It 100 percent was purchased and not leased. Although that rumor has been spread around. mark and his wife are the owners. Very nice people who are boaters themselves.

Why would somebody start an accusation like that anyway? I'm just happy he's one of us. Marks black thunder was in there as well. Let's make Joppatowne Fast again! Lol
