Default Powerplay in Bimin

So, I went to Bimini over the weekend and while walking to the ferry from south to north, I came across what looked to be a 33 Powerplay sitting on block near the cut between south Bimini / north Bimini. I think it had race number B-930 on the side of it, and had a white / yellow with black checker paint job. I didn't have my phone in my pocket since we had no service on Bimini, and I know this thread is likely worthless without pics, but just curious if anyone knows the history on this on.

Looks marginally better from ground level than it does from the air. Always disappointing to see a boat deteriorate.
Any story to go with the pics?
