there is like an overflow/catch tank
it not there to fill im sure
then i got 2 rectangular plastic box , one on each engine, witha cap on top of them screwed in place on top of plastix boxes with a real screw going in a plate that is inside the plastic tank, so the more you scrw in the more the cap gets tight on the tank
i guess these are the one to fill right?
can i just fill of of the 2 and it is going to transfer to the other one? hope so otherwise i will have to remove center engine exhaust to access the cap...
then how to bleed that? need to run engine? or just turnong the steering left to right without running the engines?

Without more pics it's hard to tell, is there 2 reservoirs
I don't see where the return lines are, It should self bleed, motor running, turning full left to right 2/3 times.
Be careful not to overfill.

My imco steering had a similar resivor. I just always filled it there. When I had the system open I would fill that the top, turn lock to lock until I had steering and then start the power steering engine and it would bleed like a car turning it lock to lock slowly.
