Default Question about the Powerboat Listings sales website

Folks is that site to be considered as a measurement for the approximate value of various models?
It seems to be the single location with the most listings but I personally know of two boats listed that have been sold for many months.

I'm trying to get an idea of how reliable the i\nfo there is and am interested in your opinions

Thanks

The date the boats are listed is in the listing. It's up to the seller to remove the listing when sold.
