I have a NEW TO ME 2003 Nordic Rage with a 525ci 625hp mill. Bravo XR upper and imco lower currently spinning a bravo 24 p that looks thinned and worked. The boat will top out at 73-75 at 57-5800 rpm and gets there pretty quick. My friend has a bravo 28 p that I'm going to try out next season but I'm curious what you think. Is there a way for me to figure out the drive gear ratio without opening it up? Thanks

How big of boat is that? Weight?
You can find the drive ratio by measuring how many degrees the input shaft turns before the prop shaft makes it 360.
I'd guess it at 1.5:1 and depending on how much work you have done to the 24 that you might like a 26 better.

Your slip is 12.5% because the Bravo 1 24 is only 23.3 inches of pitch with the stock cup.
I believe you will like a 26 better unless you decide to Lab the 28 B1.
It is dependent on the desired WOT of your engine.
