Key West Nov. 8-15 lodging help

We have a slip secured for the boat at The Galiant from last years reservation we could not make however, They have no available units to rent for us

Anyone have a recommendation or find that they can not make it and we could take over your reservation? All suggestions and help appreciated

Last year I booked late and got rooms at the southernmost. It's at the other end of duavl but it was a great hotel.

I have a spare room at the La concha that can sleep 4 from Thurs 10 to Sunday 13.

Actually I was mistaken, that room is being used. The room we have available is at the Saint. Let me know, it is very nice there.

Is it still available? We are having a hard time finding accommodations for the alternate dates but I am still working on it
