Default Potential soft floor issue?

I'm looking at a 2000 Baja 280 Sportfish. The boat seems in really nice shape EXCEPT, where the four corners of the center console bolts to the floor, the floor "gives" a little (the rest of the bolts into the floor for the center console and leaning post are fine). Also, around the leaning post, the front two bolts (on each side on the outside corners) the floor feels the same. The rest of the boat seems great. So, could it be a soft floor or just a design flaw where after fifteen years of walking and leaning around these corners, the area has gotten weak?

I would think with a bare glass floor repairing that would not be easy...
