No power adder, single carb, No EFI? brake twice daily MSD ignition? .. flame arrestor looks like it came from a 502 mag... That`s a race motor?

Yeah, I'm sure it needs tunnel rams and some custom grind cams blessed by the Chicago area boaters certification syndicate.

I do wish the engine spec for that class at least allowed fuel injection....Ill never wrap my head around building a new $700k boat and putting ancient technology engines in it.

I don't get that either, all motorsports look to forward technology, not go backwards. but a 9 boat field in KW will be fun to watch.

Even nascar is EFI now...

I did not realize there were restrictions on the build. That make sense now. I`m sure it would have some PSI blower otherwise.
Seemed strange for such a badass boat to have those motors in it..

I think that`s supposed to be a dig right? I run of the shelf cams and live 40 minutes from Chicago so...

In many big chitties that may be only 5 or so miles out...
Used to enjoy driving to Seattle for the day , checking stuff out . Anymore id rather not deal wih the whole mess they have .
