Now there is the story, exactly how many phone calls, how many hours of calls/voice-messaging, e-mails, and faxes, how many different people interatced with, how many different companies, how many diffferent state and governmental agencies and governmental departments and what their function is and why they were involved in the delivery, who demanded a "Special Fee or Special Tax" in order to pass through an area or get approval from an alleged gatekeeper.
