So who isnt indexing their plugs and setting their tdc timing mark with a dail indicator for acuracy?

I cut the ground strap off, and mount an electric pole transformer in the cabin to use as the coil. The engine's piston then takes the place of the ground strap.

no need for me to index with my dished pistons.every engine i build gets tdc marked correctly.

I think indexing helps on any thing. Only takes a sec i even do it on my whoopdy but ive always got a sharpie around

If I remember rightly that was requirement for the ficht engines.

Didnt know that on the fitch engines im hanging a pair on one of my boats this week
