We have charters available this weekend on a 46 Skater. If anyone is interested call Mr. Yaniv at 305-834-8284. We will also have seats available for the Key West Poker Run & Races. If you're looking for something a bit more luxurious a 70 ft Sunseeker is also available. Call today

Wow, that is awesome. A bucket list chance for someone for sure.
How did you get the Skater insured for charters? When I asked to put our 40 Skater in our charter business they told us no way. The Statement was hard enough to get properly insured for bareboat charters since it isn't a USCG inspected vessel. Took me 6 months to get my operation properly set up with multiple phone calls to the Coast Guard and my insurance agent. They told us you can't sell seats to individuals if you weren't an inspected vessel and that we had to charter the entire vessel to an individual. We can require a qualified captain (which we do) to run the boat safely. Then after all that.....the insurance came back with a 45mph restriction which we had to fight to get lifted. Who did you insure through because I would like to do the same with our 40 Skater at LOTO? I'd love to offer rides in the Skater for money (because we get asked all the time) at the lake but to this point I haven't been able to find anyone to write a policy or get cooperation for the Coast Guard.
