why so much $$$$ for a twin engine out bored cat , even the 400's are only around $ 25 k each retail price . And this is why performance boats are going down hill , you have to be in the 1% club to buy one

Interesting, but for this sentence, "Pricing with twin Mercury Racing Verado 400R outboards starts at $349,000."

Unless it has a 10 mph advantage over every other similar sized cat with exact same power, there are many domestic offerrings I would choose before buying this boat (I am not a prospect), It would be hard for me to believe, that this boat would be faster than a same size Skater, Doug Wright, Smart Marine Group, MTI (34'), or well this looks like another research project for Noli... inform us..educate me.

Noli you certainly opened my eyes and opened my mind in regards to the Smart Marine Group cat, and the Chaudron V.

I believe they said it would cost $349K Euros, which equate today to $365K USD

I will research this and get back to you Smarty...

Looks and sounds like this will be a sweet boat, and with the popularity of the 400R I am HAPPY to see more performance model options because I am sick of all the CC!

From what I gather the "List Price" is competitive to its American Competition......

It's no more expensive than a Skater or MTI. For my coin I would go with the DW. But as Mike posted earlier the prices are outrageous for what you get. Then they depreciate like a 2 ton whore dropped from a plane.

A two ton whore does not depreciate when dropped from a plane she makes a huge indentation when she impacts the ground. Just like your bank account when you pay 365,000

It's Euros—missed the symbol in the press release—so in U.S. dollars that means $364,654 (to put a fine point on it).

Waaaay out of my pay grade but it looks interesting. I'll catch one of these used in 5-6 years when I want to have a sport cat and a CC.
