Very easy to say Beautiful boat!

Rather interesting with the advent of the Merc 400, 120mph is the new equivalent to hitting the century mark of years back... lots of boats nipping at the mark but it does take dialing in to run the number!

Great time in Power Boating evolution!

Wow, they picked up 6 mph over the orange M29 tested at Lake Havasu only a couple of months ago. I wonder what they did? Normally would take at least 500lbs lighter or another 50hp out of the verados.

Hahaha, smart man! Supposedly the boats weighed the same 5,900#s, and they look to have the same bottom (both have notched transoms, and I seriously doubt they changed the bottom from one to another). So how did they gain 6mph? I do know that there is a 5-7mph current available just 40 miles North from where the pics were taken where they launched the boat from.......

Why are you guys so defensive? I don't see anybody hating on either of the M29s that we're discussing speeds on. It's fairly obvious why we would question the 6mph gain when there is no obvious reason for the gain. I'm 100% positive the VesselView has 118 logged in it - Tony would not post a false claim about the speed he ran that morning. But what was the reason for the speed gain? And just for the record, that new blue/black/white M29 is absolutely gorgeous, and will certainly find a buyer quickly as it will make a great lake/river boat.
