Includes all the parts necessary to install. I think you may have to buy a few new seals and/or orings. But everything else is there.

Steering Cap for back of drive
Brazil manifold
Hoses and fittings
Transom bracket with thru hull fittings
Steering ram
Outside hoses (one line as a small kink, not completely still functions normally)

It is currently on the boat still I can remove it the same day that it is bought and can ship out within 48 hrs.

How far out is mount for ram from the side of outdrive im looking for a narrow mount 6-9 inches max

It is the kit listed on page 12 here. The outside measurement is 11.25 inches from the outside of the transom assembly to the outside of the ram mount and thru hull fittings.
