Default Stupidity has struck. Scratched the boat. Best way to blend repair

Hello all.
I was pushing the boat forward during and engine extraction this morning and managed to push it into the handle of my floor jack. I put a scratch and a chip in the paint. 4" long scrstch with s chip in the middle. Chip is the size of 1/2 a pencil eraser.

The paint is ppg concept acrylic urethane 9500 black with 2021 clear on top. Paint is 2 years old.

Question is:
Should I fill the depth of the scrstch with some 1k glazing putty and then brush on the color over that with a hobby / touch up brush and then wetsand it flush and then re-clear the patch? Then wetsand and polish back. I have an air brush. Is it best to work the color back and then airbrush the clear?
How about a product like Upol blending solvent?

Thanks fellas.

I was hoping he would reply.
I didn't want to bother him as I know he's busy and I'm not a paying customer.

I just sold an NOS vector mark 2 and the race bars last year.
Cool bikes, for sure!
I saved your number. If you ever decide you want to get an old vector, I know the guy. He's right in Detroit and has the most complete vector collection in the world.
Check out the ultra rare vector pedals, this is the set I had:

Thanks again.
Rob
