Default Who makes padded boat trailering covers to go down to the chine?

I'm having my Formula 242 LS repainted this winter and want a padded boat trailering cover that can go to the chine and protect the paint. The canvas guys up here smoke some funny stuff because they want 2 arms and a 1st born to custom make one. Ive seen a LOT of boat covers companies on the internet that are reasonably priced but when I call, they cant modify them to make them longer.

Really liked the canvas work from Jeff Bickerstaff at Gibraltar Canvas in Rockwood, MI. Best canvas shop of the 3 we have used.

I got a rough quote from them. They said $2500-$3000 for a full cover. Does that seem right?

I would think you could get one for around 2k with some negotiations, but for gods sake do it before the season starts and they get busy or your out of luck on price and time.

There is a guy in the wayne westland area that has done some covers for me at a good price down to the chine. He is a bit north of Ford s wayne assembly plant and south of Cherry hill rd. He quoted me around 1600 for my 33' Apache to the chine.
