Default Danforth anchor

How difficult (or not) is it to find an anchor to fit the 27' sport anchor hatch?

Pete the anchor is not hard to make you start out with a Danforth anchor & cut it down & weld up the outer guard like in the picture.. Mark

Hey Pete,

Glad you are forging ahead on the Sport. Did you find a set of motors/drives??? Anchor is pretty far down on the list... I still have mine somewhere, didn't you ask alloy metal to make one or am I mistaken. I have to go to his shop at some point soon for my ski pilon he made for the Midnight if you want me to ask him if he could make one. The problem I see is the galvanizing.

If Pete is not interested in the Anchor Hatch, let me know.

I also have access to a Galvanizing plant if anyone needs stuff done.

MARK....thanks for the picture w/ measurements........that's exactly what I was looking for!

MARSHALL.......Christmas took a big bit so power & drives yet to happen, but hopefully soon...Alloy jerked me around very long time for anchor hatch until I gave up!
but found original anchor hatch from a mag sport owner here on OSO................If you want to sell your anchor let me know?

BILL........Thanks for your kind offer, but I had bought one awhile ago in great condition!

MURF..........Since I have one I'm sure you can work something out with Bill..............Thank You all Guys!

Pete I believe the pic's I posted were from Aaron when he was helping a fellow Mag owner out years ago. It's nice to see this site is still useful...
