Hey! I'm your man! Goodfella (of Dollar) [plug, plug, hint, hint] was kind enough to send me a printed template. I then scanned (which I have in .TIFF format) and traced it in AutoCAD. When I scan things, there is a x vs y stretch that I can not correct. What I'm saying is that although the drawing is in AutoCAD it is not draw to mercs dimensions. Despite the inaccuracy, the drawing is close enough that the plate we cut on the mill lined right up.
