Miami Boat Show....who's going?

With the Miami Boat Show just around the corner, I couldn't help looking at the aerial view using Google Earth of Virginia Key. When I did so, I noticed large white structures in the image which appears to be tents, similar to last year's show. Then I looked at the map date and it shows 2017, so it must be a new image of Virginia Key.

When I zoomed in, I also saw a barge full of what appears to be docks being assembled...the In-Water portion of the show!

Curious, if anyone have driven passed the Rickenbacker Marina area and saw the tents already up? I would just like to confirm that the imagery is not from 2016, the date stamp at the bottom of the image indicates 2017.

I am pretty sure those pics are from last year. I feel like I've seen them before.

I'll be there supporting the sport with friends.

I'll try to take a look today if I'm by Key Biscayne and I'll let you know, but I too think those photos might have been from Jan 2016.

Will be in the keys that week and at the show on Friday. Can't wait always a great time.
