I would like to take the chance to thank you in advance for interest in the 3nd Annual Erie Poker Run. We are looking forward to a fun and safe run based out of an incredible venue and waterfront. This event will be limited to 60 boats. The runs primary course will be about 110 Miles. Those who attended the last two years, experienced how Lake Erie can pick up, so this year we will have an approved backup course for Sunday if needed. That said this run has proven to seperate that men from the boys. We are also planning on scheduling something on the water Friday for lunch. With three days to boat we are confident that all who attend will be able to put on the miles.

This years charity will once again be The Bradley H. Foulk Children’s Advocacy Center of Erie County. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to them. Last year we donated $6,200 and we are hoping to raise even more money for charity this year and looking into some great auction items.

Local participation is essential along with support from regional performance boaters to keep this event growing.

We ask that you register early to help with the planning. This way we can concentrate on creating an enjoyable safe weekend. You can book your slips using this online registration. Individual slips at Wolverine Park Marina www.lakeshoretowing.com/wolverine-park-marina/ will be limited. We will also have the courtesy dock located at the Sheraton Hotel that will have sponsor boats. Booking early will allow us to plan for parking and docking and to ensure our event runs smoothly and in a timely fashion.

This will be a US Coast Guard Approved Event and PFD’s are required when on plane. Boats that do not follow the Rules and Safety Regulations will be disqualified. NO EXCEPTIONS! All boats participating in this event are required to carry $300,000 or greater in watercraft liability coverage maintained in full force and effect during the term of the event. Boats without insurance will not be able to run. We will refuse ANY boat without INSURANCE PROOF and or PROPER PAPERWORK. This run is an insured event and NO unregistered Crew members will be accepted on boats.

Please have all paper work to us prior to run, we will not excepting same day registrations on Saturday. You can register until 8pm Friday, June 23rd or when the event sells out. All Tickets are Non-Refundable, boats break, boats sell, weather changes, ect. You will be allowed to transfer your ticket to another boat if needed.

All events: Friday Night Welcome Dinner, Saturday Morning Coffee, Drivers meeting, Saturday Lunch, and Saturday Night Awards Dinner are all held at the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel. All events are cash bar.

Crew Member Cost ‐ $125.00

Additional Hand - $ 50.00 - Includes 1 Hand. (100% of hand money goes to charity)



Please note anyone riding on boat in the run is considered a crew member regardless of participation in the Cocktail Party and Award Dinner



Important Speed Information Based on your planned Top Speed

0 to 70 mph – 18 year of age and under accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
70 mph to 110 mph – Everyone over 18 years of age.
110 mph or faster – Everyone over 18 years of age, No back seat passengers

We took a year off from boating last year due to the new critter in the family. Already planning on making that up this summer to include doing this run again. We were at the first on in 2015 and despite the run being called for conditions, had a blast.

We will meet at the service center on the NYS Thruway just west on exit 46 at 9am... then hit the road approx. 9:15- 9:20am...
