Default new standard lower

standard b1 lower, don't need low water pick ups, not sure if i should get b1, x, xr
my upper is ow serial swept back 1.5 mr gadgets upgraded and set up for oil cooler.

whats a new lower cost?
good place to buy?

boats a pretty light 26 w/ 496 mag ho

i bought my upper from him, (it was exactly as advertised)
he has another upper i want as well but thought it might be a good idea to have 1 complete drive before i started on the spare.

i see minus 1's and 2's for sale all the time but not many standard b1 lowers and that kinda tells me something.

so whats a lower cost ? ow and later serial

I'm getting ready to rebuild an XR lower with low water pick-up. It's going to get fresh gears, bearings and prop shaft seals, so it will be as good as new. If you're interested PM me.

A regular Bravo lower will work just fine for you with the power you have.

You should easily be able to find a good used one for less than 1k.

BTW, an X lower is the same as standard Bravo.
