Whats the reason for the inspection to be a SAMs persons ?

I would surely asked their mechanical abilities and training for the OEM engine side of things especially the EFI / MPI side and if they own scan tool.. I have sat in on so many OEM schools and never seen or heard of a surveyor nor SAMs persons ever being able to join in for any of that training period.

I'm looking for a C&V/Structural on a vessel for pre purchase interests.

I can do it but, I would need to bring the vessel to my shop for the inspection and have an unlimited amount of time to do it. The last one I did the owner was super impatient and rushed me along, come to find out later that the internal gimbal housings were disintegrated from abuse and or corrosion. I didn't catch it and have kicked myself ever since. I can transport it and do the inspection but not quickly. You'll get a comprehensive report when it's finished. $1000.00
